11 months

Seriously?  11 months.  I have toddlers.  I have two toddlers.  I have two WALKING toddlers.  This is too much.  As I was sitting in church this morning and listening to some discussion about middle schoolers and high schoolers, I was flowing over with love for my two miracles, and still can't figure out why I am so blessed.  I am forever thankful to be a mother.  Watching Parks and Marlee grow up and learn and discover new things has been such a joy, and there is always so much to look forward to.

At 11 months, Marlee is:
> Size 3 diapers
> Size 9-12 month clothes
> Crawls, Pulls Up and Walks!  Wow....what a jump from the last month!!!  (she actually walked before Parks, she had enough of him hitting the milestones first)
> Does the funniest face and scrunches her nose and pouts her lips out while snorting.  We call it the bull and it is hilarious
> Has 2 teeth poking through on the bottom, finally
> Is starting to hold her bottle by herself, and feeds herself finger foods pretty good
> Drinks 4 bottles a day and eats baby food or finger foods with each one (8, 12, 4 and 7:00...bed time at 7:30ish)

> Takes naps at 10 and 2 for about 1.5-2 hours each
> Sooo happy in the mornings

> Has huge blue eyes
> Waves "bye-bye" to EVERYBODY...especially when we are out in public
> Is so tough (way tougher than anyone else in our family)
> Is going to have a best buddy in July, courtesy of Aunt Claire and Uncle Tony

At 11 months, Parks is:
> Size 4 diapers
> Size 12-18 month clothes

> Crawls sooo fast, pulls up, and walks around without holding onto anything (but if he is in a hurry, he drops to the crawl)

> Eats 4 times per day (8, 12, 4 and 7:00...bed time at 7:30ish)
> Can finally hold his own bottle
> Takes naps at 10 and 2 for about 1.5-2 hours each
> Is very interested in eating whatever we are eating, and still likes all food

> Is very ticklish on his ribs and back
> Sooo happy in the mornings

> Has huge blue eyes
> Momma's boy...follows me when I leave the room   :)

> Such a happy baby...rarely cries or fusses and laughs all the time

> Started to wave "bye-bye" after seeing the reaction Marlee was getting from everybody

> L.O.V.E.S. bath time...but is so squirmy....it's like wrestling an alligator

> Has 6 teeth!!  4 on top, and 2 on bottom
> Is going to have a best buddy in July, courtesy of Aunt Erin and Uncle T

When they wake up from their naps, they both stand up and look at each other across the room and talk and crack up at each other.  We have a video baby monitor and watch them...it's Daddy's favorite.  :)
